The Littermade unit did not come in new box pictured in photo on listing. It came in a plain cardboard box loosely packed. It had been previously removed from the new manufacture box. Also, litter scoop was missing and there were 4 stove bolts in box that did not belong with the Littermaid unit. The unit itself did appear new though and unused. I have had it for a month now and it is working fine. Also, seller gave me a good price on it. End result is positive feedback overall.

I was extremely impressed with this seller. The item arrived quickly and was well packaged. It was a fragile item and because of the manner in which it was packed, damage to it in shipping would have been very difficult. It was exactly as described and communication with the seller was positive and prompt. I would definitely reuse, and recommend, this seller with the highest of marks.
