We have been in business for about 4 years now. Due to the current state of the economy we had scaled back our die cast operation, however our many loyal customers are keeping us quite busy and we are looking forward to continually increased business. Selling our products on eBay is our number one business priority. With the help of some great repeat customers we have been able to continually build our online business and hope to achieve great things with it in the near future.
Payment policy
PAY PAL is our preferred form of payment PAY PAL is safe, easy to use and protects both the buyer and the seller. Yes, it costs more than it used to, but a penny saved is a penny earned!
We will hold orders for up to 5 business days in order for my customers to take advantage of our shipping discounts.
Shipping information
Xtreme ships primarily USPS Mail. However on occasion we will use other sources such as DHL, UPS or Fed-Ex. We find USPS to be quick, safe, economical and trackable. If anyone has a better system, we'd like to know about it!
Xtreme combines all orders that occur within 5 days and are paid for on one invoice. We will automatically adjust your invoice to reflect combined shipping prices & discounts in the event that the invoice does not automatically do that for you.
Return policy
Xtreme does accept product returns for Merchandise Credit ONLY. NO CASH REFUNDS. Item(s) will be accepted for a Merchandise Credit provided the item is returned to us in undamaged, unused condition in it's original packaging within 7 days after the buyer receives it. Not all items are eligible for Merchandise Credit. Please contact us BEFORE you attempt any returns.
