I always ship packages USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation included. Small items like fishing lures always go first class. Insurance is always optional for $2.00

Return policy
I always accept returns and give refunds including the cost of shipping, but not including the cost for you to ship the item back to me, just the amount you paid plus shipping.
