Am a proud native NYer (transplanted to JC) on a mission to get back to my Manhattan roots! Henceforth the Ebay name Yawker143 pronounced the same way I would say it-complete with that good ole NY accent of mine! (funny thing is I don't notice one!)

I enjoy collectibles, hand made items and crafts. Enjoy buying from flea market vendors and am in the process of becoming a flea marketer (in addition to) my internet sales.

My personal mission is to keep an electronics (mainly) business opened to the idea of selling all listed products just a wee-bit over the edge of wholesale. Why? I want to help people. This is one way to make hard to get products to those who cannot afford to pay traditional retail. The only way for me to keep my own head above the water to do this is find a way to get a TON of customers steadily, and evenly. Am working really hard to do this, but need the help of good word of mouth advertising. This can only be achieved by doing the right thing by people--by servicing my customers (who are King and they really do rule)! You see it's a matter of give and take. My store offers quality products, at practically wholesale prices. So case in point is this: keep the prices down, and to do right by all who pass Yawker's Bargain Basement's way. The auctions are phenomenal and often open at the crazy price of: $9.95. for instance!

Opened my doors and heart to Ebay in September of 2003. (read more about this in my first blog!) Am a former school teacher, and present day freelance writer, independent contractor.

PayPal is the ONLY method I have ever accepted since opening my Ebay site doors. It protects YOU the buyer, as well as the seller. That is a GREAT thing to know! Plus that, if for whatever reason you are not 100% satisfied with the purchase, refunds are easily sent via back to your PayPal account.

UPS ground delivery has worked best in my experience over the years. They are on time, and efficient. The good news is that most of my items are shipped with you, the buyer's good intention in mind. By offering calculated shipping costs, you know that there isn't a sense of inflation on ship charges. I do require a tiny handling charge to defray time, labor, etc involved in packaging, etc.

100% refund to PayPal account (no questions asked) upon the safe return of the item. Sorry we do NOT replace items, but do send REFUNDS to PayPal account. The customer is responsible for all shipping cost.

Please feel free to ask questions via the Ebay ask Seller question route. Do this BEFORE bidding on any item you are interested in, so as to avoid any post-sale issues. It is the buyers responsibility to read all ads carefully, anytime/anywhere before bidding.

1. Do you offer special sales/discounts. EVERY day is discount day at Yawker's Bargain Basement. You see, every item listed is just a tiny-wee bit higher than wholesale. Therefore every purchase made truly is a bargain! 2.Do you ship internationally? No, not right now anyway. I do plan to one day! Will keep you posted! 3. What about insurance & shipping? UPS offers free insurance to all purchases under $100! I ONLY use UPS as a delivery source at this time. 4.Are all of your products brand new? 95% of inventory listed is brand new in the box. A small percentage of items are clearly listed and described as REFURBISHED or another phrase is Factory Renewed. Refurbished items are a super-duper way to REALLY save. Case in point, I had a DeWalt drill on sale recently for like $150 off retail. ALL items are sent to you FACTORY sealed and packaged. Again, read all ads carefully and please ask questions!
