In hindsight, I never would have commented until I received the umbrella.
I just thought that it was kinda strange that ebay asked me twice to rate the umbrella and I hadn t even taken possession of it. As soon as I let the seller know that there was a problem, I believe that they did everything they could to get the item to me as soon as possible. they contacted me several times to keep me updated.
