Fast delivery. I got 2 items, one was as described, but the other had a missing piece. Contacted the seller, who responded quickly. I asked them to send me the missing piece. Initially, the seller only offered 10% refund. I asked again for the missing piece. They then offered 20% refund. I was not happy, as I will need to buy another one due to the missing piece. In the end, they fully refunded me the price of 1 item. Although took some back & forth communication, I am satisfied in the end.
