Love it!
I want to start by saying that I am no technical wizard, just a poor student who got his hands on a little splurge money. I wanted to wait a while to write this review until I had had the item for a while to get the feel of it. I bought this item so that it would be easier for my parents to get around. I've ordered from eBay before, but nothing electronic. I must say, overall, this was a great buy. It arrived on time, correct within the ETA eBay gave. The packaging was spot on, with no rips or tears to the packaging. Honestly, I was surprised when it was suddenly left in the doorway but I guess that was totally up to USPS, not eBay. Anyway, about the item in question, it was flawless. After a few minutes set-up, it was receiving signal and ready to go. The installation into the car was a breeze, and it only took seconds. There's a system that sticks onto the windowsill and a sticky pad that I guess was to connect to the dashboard, but it didn't really stick. I guess it has to be a flat surface. The item itself has a three snap system that disconnects it from the windowsill system, for safely while parked (it snaps on and off in a second). The item comes with a cord that connects it to the cigarette lighter in the car (don't worry, charging doesn't take long). book that tells you how to set up and is translated into Spanish in the last half of the book. There's a code on a sheet of paper with the one I bought that provides unlimited maps. I'll explain this. The second cord in the box connects your GPS to a computer. Once connected, the device will ask if you want to connect to "Computer". Touch yes (it is a touch screen), and you will have to download a program onto your computer for usage, uploads, and updates (don't worry, this will not overload or infect your computer). The program takes up little space and is hardly in the way. The program might get annoying sometimes, it'll ask you to update the program which makes you download it again after you just downloaded it. However, I did this and it did not ruin anything, it actually helped in the simplicity of using the device, so don't be confused it suddenly you're going through the installation process again (it only takes about two minutes, anyway). In closing, this is a great little device that's quick, easy, and gives great directions. You get a choice of who directs you, but the best one's cost. For the price, I could not have asked for more. I'd recommend it to anyone. Contact me if any more questions. But remember, I'm not a professional tech-wizard.

Sorry for late feedback. Niece loves it. Thanks.
Great product. nothing really good to say about it, i got it for my niece because it's 'that' time in her life. but i don't really see it that much as i am in school and away from her. but i've heard nothing but good reviews since i bought it so i'm settling on it's a great product and a good choice if you have children. Thanks.
