Long story short, The buyer bought an item from me for her twins of 12 lbs, when she got items realized they were not going to fit.The 3-6mo. onsies fit upto 12.5lbs She tried to say I false advertised the size. She emailed me and requested a refund. Wanting her to be happy I offered her a refund which she declined and said she would sell them herself. She then left a negative feedback. she should of asked questions before she bid. Seller's feedback rights are not equal and it's not right! The buyers know they can't get negative feedback, so we either meet their demands or else you get a negative feed back. My auctions are true and honest.
