History/background
I also own traditional “brick & mortar” stores and have been in business full-time since 1998. My flagship store is a 5,000+ sq/ft salon and spa. eBay is a great opportunity to serve many more customers outside of our (stores) geographical reach.
Payment policy
We accept all forms of payment through PayPal; Visa, M/C, AMEX, eChecks, wire transfers and more. Due to a new eBay regulation we can no longer accept Certified Checks and Money Orders via. mail.
Shipping information
We are super-fast! We ship with in 24 hours of payment (except on Sunday, the post office is closed), and 98% of our items (shipped to a USA address) get to their destination with in 2-3 days of payment clearing. Our international shipping is stellar also; we know how to make-out the customs forms so that there is little chance for a hold up in boarder crossing.
Return policy
Returns are always accepted, we want you to be happy and will gladly return an item if you are not happy. Just contact us and we will make this process super easy for you. :)
