I just want to convey my gratitude to Lisa for the fine transaction we made on EBay for a Brother embroidery machine. I can't speak highly enough about Lisa! Purchased a Brother ULT and UPS damaged the unit in shipping. Lisa went out of her way to make sure that things were done right and done fast. She replaced the broken unit with another one even before the claim was completed with UPS. CUSTOMER FIRST! Her communication and follow-up efforts always kept me aware of the status of things and I never once worried about not getting a working sewing machine. I would recommend Lisa and 'yourdiaperdays' to anyone and know that you will receive the same service and dedication that I did. THANKS AGAIN LISA! - Mark
