Received the paddle board, instantly noticed the box had been previously opened, super damaged, beat up, taped up and just super rough. I have a tough time believing this happened during shipping, I wanted a decent box to store the PB., so I brought it to the sellers attention, asked for a small refund for not disclosing an open box item, they said to send it back and I WOULD HAVE TO COVER SHIPPING? Customer service is not their priority...
