My business is still in the making, but it got off to a rocky start in 2008 due to a declining economy. I'm looking at having the business fully funded and established by late 2010. In the meantime, I'm using eBay to gain revenue and a client base.

All of my items are made to order, and thus, cannot be returned at this time. I'm thinking of instilling a return policy once I have more items on hand.
