A very hot item.
These Cedar Planks are excellent. They're 11" long and 4" wide and well over 1/2" thick. They can handle just about anything you can throw on them. They're heavy, because they're thick, and they can be picked up with tongs while they won't sag or bend, at all. 71 pieces for under $40 is an excellent value. I love salmon and these planks are perfect for fish. I use them only once, on a gas grill, and serve the salmon, still on them, at the table. Three thumbs up!
