Due to excellent results in the past, I exclusively deal with PayPal for payments of my auctions. It's hassle-free and highly secure.

I do not make any money on shipping. Some ebay sellers do. Most of the Dell PowerEdge servers that I sell are very heavy, often heavier than 100 pounds. If my shipping from time to time seems slightly higher than a similar auction, it is because I spare no expense in properly packaging your server so it does not get damaged in transit. This means that I use high-quality packing tape, double-thick cardboard boxes, and high-quality foam and composite packing materials. If you would rather pay less for shipping and risk recieving a 'drop shipped' damaged server from one of my compeditors, then that's up to you. With buying from me, you can be rest assured that the machine will get to you in excellent condition.

I give warrantees on every item that I sell. I want you, the customer, to be happy with what you've purchased from me. If for any reason, you're not satisfied, please contact me directly via the 'contact seller' link at the top of the auction description and describe the problem to me. This open communication will allow me to give you a chance to 'make it right' for you, instead of potentially leaving negative feedback first. I strive hard to make my customers happy, and if you're not satisfied, please contact me and we can discuss returns or other consessions to make you happy.

I will answer any and all questions from potential bidders via ebay's --Contact Seller-- link listed in the auction description. I do not usually list my email account publically and prefer this method as an effort to prevent spam in my inbox. Once the winning bidder and I initiate the payment and shipping process post-auction, I have no problem with that buyer having my email address to ask me questions or give me special instructions. I'm very open in my communications and strive hard to answer any pre-sales or post-sales questions as they arrive.
