Leon started selling on eBay on January 18, 1998 like most casual users cleaning out old items from the house. 'I bought a new Hayes 56K modem, so I sold my old used 2400 Baud modem for $12', says Leon. Beginning in June of 2004 after Diane bought her first Doll Estate, she began what is today known as zShoppe. With the dolls being a success, she decided to expand to other mediums. We strive to satisfy our clients and keep them happy by offering outstanding customer service. We have a 100% positive feedback, and we work each day to keep it that way. You can always buy with confidence from us. Leon is the creative one, having worked in Marketing and Graphics Arts, he loves to edit Diane's descriptions and does most of the Photography. Diane is the shopper she loves to find bargains and pass them on to you, she also loves to sew, her doll clothes rival those of the manufacturers, so keep on the lookout for some of her creations.

We accept Paypal, but much prefer Certified Checks or Money Orders! New for US Buyers Only, if you have 100% Positive Feeback of at least 50 or more, or you have 100% Positive Feedback and have purchased from us in the past, we will now accept Personal Checks. Personal Checks will need to clear the bank prior to shipment, normally 5-7 business days. Payment is expected within 7 days of auction end or item will be re-listed and negative feedback will be given. We are strong supporters of eBay’s non-paying bidder policies, so please, serious bidders only! Paypal or International Moneys Orders drawn on US Funds required for International Sales.

We ship all domestic items USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise stated. International, we ship with actual price on customs forms. Buyer is responsible for all duty & taxes in their respective country - no exceptions. Customs charges are a part of doing business, I cannot estimate what they will be as each country charges differently. Due to problems and complications in recent International deliveries, ALL International packages are sent either Global Priority (under 4 pounds) or Global Air Parcel Post with Insurance (over 4 pounds). Any item over the price of $100 will be sent Express Mail. We do not ship Economy, we have had too many problems, so please don't ask.

Item must be returned within: 3 Days Refund will be given as: Money Back Return Policy Details: Returns must be shipped back in original received condition via insured mail. Refund will be for the item purchase price, sorry but we cannot refund S/H fees. Returns accepted for grossly misrepresented items only, since we are the final judge, please read the listing carefully before bidding. Refunds will not be given for damaged or lost parcels which we ship which are not insured, if item is not insured, the buyer assumes all risks in shipment.
