This is my first dabble into my own home business. Due to my lack of experience in sales, I model myself after those who are most successful. If mistakes are made, I will attempt to fix them to the best of my ability.

Payment through Paypal is expected within 10 days of the auction ending. I will send an invoice after the auction ends. My prices are all layed out in the auction format. There are no hidden fees, and what you see in the pictures is what you will be receiving. If you are not going to be able to pay within 10 days, please contact me and let me know beforehand. I am more than happy to work something out with you.

I apologize in advance, but I currently only ship to the United States. Shipping to Canada and other countries may happen sometime in the future. Shipping will normally occur one day after receiving a cleared payment. If something happens to me which results in me not being able to ship, I will contact you to warn you ahead of time. Please understand that I cannot do anything about USPS shipping times. I only ship first class and priority. If you purchase more than one game from me I will upgrade your shipping from first class to priority. If you purchase 5 or more games from me, the shipping will be $15 flat. I will pack all materials with the appropriate packaging. The games will normally come in a #0 bubble mailer with extra packaging inside if needed. Delivery confirmation will be included.

If there is a problem with the item you received, or you are unhappy with your item, you may be eligible for a return. Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery of the item. The buyer must pay return shipping and Paypal fees (Paypal's policy). Before you decide to ask for a return consider the following: 1. Is the game dirty? Does it need cleaning? 2. Is your system dirty? Does it need cleaning? 3. Do other games work? If you feel that your item is not up to par with the description of the auction, you may contact me through ebay's email, and a return payment will be issued.

Please use the ebay email system should you need to contact me. I check my email very frequently throughout the day. A response within a few hours is VERY LIKELY if you contact me between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:00 pm Monday - Friday.
