Piercing Jewelry Jewelry for piercings, i.e. earrings and plugs, is not returnable due to health and safety concerns. All jewelry is sold new and non-sterile. Many natural materials cannot be sterilized. All other non-piercing jewelry and art Necklaces, bracelets, rings, paintings, etc. may be returned within 7 days of receipt. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping to be paid by you. If you want to return or exchange an item, you must contact us to get a return authorization number. All returns must be new, unused and in their original packaging. Return requests received later than 7 days after receipt of goods will not be honored. If we make a mistake in filling your order and send you the wrong item then you can return it (even if it is piercing jewelry). We will pay for return shipping and give you a full refund or offer an exchange, your choice.
